Recipeist helps home cooks discover, save, and share recipes, with community contributions and editorial content managed from one platform.
Recipeist is a recipe platform for everyday cooks, available across web and mobile. As founding engineer, my work spans the shared interface, backend services, and AI-assisted features.
Web and mobile
The application uses Nuxt with Capacitor for a shared web and mobile codebase. A Laravel API and admin interface support recipes, accounts, media, and moderation.
AI-assisted workflows
The project includes AI-assisted moderation, editorial drafting, and semantic search. The stack includes PostgreSQL with pgvector, Redis, and OpenRouter alongside the application framework.
Product scope
The work brings recipe publishing, discovery, and moderation into one product across web and mobile. The website and Android listing below provide public examples of the application.
